Louis Edward Davis was born May 17, 1955 to the parentage of Joe Langston Davis and Annie Thelma (Brooks) Davis in Houston, Texas. Louis received his formal education in the Kerens School District in Kerens, Texas.
He accepted Christ at an early age and united with the Bethel Baptist Church in Bethel Texas. Louis past employment was at the Holiday Inn in Corsicana and the Kerens School District as a Custodian and assisted in multiple other departments at the school. He retired after 35 years of dedicated service. In his leisure time Louis loved the great outdoors, and his favorite was fishing. He loved sitting on the porch with legs crossed, smoking cigarettes with his coffee cup in hand.
Louis Edward Davis departed this life on July 18, 2024. He was proceeded in death by his parents; Joseph Davis Sr. and Annie Thelma Davis. Three brothers, Mickey Davis, Kenneth Davis and Joseph Davis Jr
He leaves to cherish his memories:
Brothers, Darrell Davis, Monahan, Cecil Davis, Corsicana, Milton Davis, Tyler, and Annette Brooks, aunt, Garland. A host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives and friends that he loved.
