Mr. Joe L Green

Joe Leamon Green was born on November 2,1949 to the union of Howard and Hallie Green in Corsicana, Texas,

Joe L. Green received his formal education at the G. W. Jackson high School in Corsicana, Tx.  He later joined the United States Army.

Joe L. Green was a faithful member of the Bedside Baptist Church.

Joe Leamon Green was united in holy matrimony with Gwinda Green in 2009 in Dallas, Texas.

Joe Leamon Green enlisted into the United States Army after graduating high school and discharged in 1976.

He was employed by Big Brown and later retired from the City of Corsicana.

Joe loved fishing, being a mechanic and being a craftsman building with his hands.

Joe Leamon Green departed this life on May 27, 2026. He was preceded in death by his wife Gwinda Anthony Green. Dessie Gladys Green, his parents Howard and Hallie Green. His siblings Ruby Curry, Stormy Hawkins.

He leaves to cherish his memories with his surviving siblings Nellie Collins and Jimmy Ruth.

Grandchildren: Aleesha Green, Minnesha Green, Lesley Thomas(Deidrick Zackery), Zaelan Thomas, Shanyria Thomas, Justice Thomas (Destiney), Zaire Thomas and Jaxx Maddox. Great-grands Jaliyah Thomas and Jazmin Brown. Daughters Tonjia Degrate, Lorenia Degrate, Qulanda Teasley.
